Description: Dicalcium phosphate is white crystal powder or granular form, tasteless, odorless. Apparent density 800-1100kg/m3 soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute nitric acid and acetic acid. Feed grade 18%DCP is low soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol; And has been heated over 90 degree. It begins to lose its crystal water and convert to calcium pyrophosphate above 400 degree. Moreover, 18%DCP is lower moisture absorbing.
