Tempering Furnace is a cycle-operated furnace, which is mainly used for tempering of general metal parts after quenching, as well as the quenching, annealing, and aging heat treatment of light alloy parts such as aluminum alloy die castings, pistons, and aluminum plates. Our product selects ultra-lightweight and energy-saving composite furnace linings to make them more energy-efficient while having excellent performance.

Its electric furnace is equipped with a gas exchange device and an air guide system, so that the uniformity of the furnace temperature is controlled within ±5°C, ensuring that the workpiece is heated evenly, and achieving a better treatment effect. In addition, the temperature control system of Tempering Furnace uses a high-precision smart meter, which has high temperature control accuracy and stable furnace temperature, making the temperature more uniform.

Ⅱ.Heating method: electric, can also be heated by nature gas or diesel.
