[Unscrambling System] Equipped with turntable machines, it can unscramble bottles and sort finished products automatically. This saves labor cost.

[Filling System] The machine is equipped with magnetic pump, which has high filling accuracy and corrosion resistance.

[Capping System] Equipped with 4 rubber wheels, it can be widely used for tightening screw-type caps, like dropper caps, lotion pumps, twist top caps. The torque of capping head can be adjusted as production need.

[Labeling System] With the way of positioning and labeling, this machine can be applied for single-side or double-side or wrap around labeling on round bottles. It can also be equipped with date coder to print batch automatically.

[PLC Control] The essential oil filling capping and labeling machine adopts touch screen operation panel, enabling it to set or adjust working parameters easily. The language of panel can be customized as your need.
